The Tutivia study had very inclusive study population, including patients with preformed Class I and Class II DSA, as well as a diverse ethnic population. The study also included higher risk donors normally excluded from biomarker studies. Donors with a KDPI above 85% and DCD donors were included. Currently the study did not evaluate pediatric patients, or patients who have received multi-organ transplants, with the exception of those who received a simultaneous kidney-pancreas transplant.

Currently no pediatric patients have been evaluated utilizing the Tutivia test. This would be a potential population for an investigator initiated trial.
